Správcem osobních údajů je Organizátor soutěže – ČVUT.

The controller of personal data is the organizer of the competiton – CVUT.

The personal data of team members are processed for the purposes of implementing and organizing the Competition and exercising rights and obligations (especially intellectual property rights) in relation to the solution, based on the legal title of the performance of the contract concluded by submitting the Application/s between the team members and the Organizer and on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Organizer.

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the rights and obligations from the contract for a period of two years from the expiration of the limitation period, for the purpose of protecting the legitimate interests of the Organizer for the period during which the legitimate interest lasts (but at least for the duration of the property rights to the solution).

Správcem osobních údajů je Organizátor soutěže – ČVUT.

Osobní údaje přihlášených členů týmu jsou zpracovány pro účely realizace a organizaci Výzvy (soutěže) a výkonu práv a povinností (zejména práv duševního vlastnictví) ve vztahu k řešení, a to na základě právního titulu plnění smlouvy uzavřené podáním Přihlášky mezi členy týmu a Organizátorem a na základě oprávněného zájmu Organizátora.

Osobní údaje budou zpracovávány pro účely plnění práv a povinností ze smlouvy po dobu trvání dvou let od uplynutí promlčecí doby, pro účely ochrany oprávněných zájmů Organizátora po dobu, po kterou oprávněný zájem trvá (nejméně však po dobu trvání majetkových práv k řešení).
